How it works
A Private, Personal and Family-Led Matchmaking Process
How Nikkah Ready Works
Nikkah Ready is making easy to find a suitable match. Nikkah Ready follows a structured process designed to understand families, identify potentially suitable proposals and facilitate introductions respectfully.
Submit an Enquiry
Start With a Conversation
Parents or guardians can begin by submitting a brief enquiry about their son or daughter. You can share basic information about the candidate, your family and the type of marriage proposal you are looking for.
Speak With Our Team
Tell Us What Your Family Is Looking For
Our Family Consultation Team will contact you to understand your requirements and expectations. This may include discussions around:
- Candidate background, education and profession
- Location and age preferences
- Family expectations and other important requirements
The purpose is to understand your family’s needs before considering potential introductions.
Private Family Consultation
Meet Our Team
Where appropriate, families may be invited for a private consultation at our office. We believe that something as important as marriage deserves more than an online form. A personal meeting allows our team to better understand your family, expectations and requirements.
Personalized Matchmaking
We Look for Potentially Suitable Proposals
Once we understand your requirements, our matchmaking team reviews potential matches within our network. We consider relevant information and preferences provided by both families when identifying potentially suitable proposals.
Our approach is personal and human-led. There is no public profile browsing and no need to endlessly swipe through profiles.
Suitable Profile Identification
A Potential Match Is Identified
When our team identifies a potentially suitable proposal, relevant information may be presented to the appropriate family. The information shared depends on the circumstances and the stage of the introduction.
Our aim is to provide families with enough information to decide whether they would like to explore the proposal further.
Mutual Family Interest
Both Sides Decide
An introduction moves forward only when there is mutual interest in exploring the proposal. Neither family is obligated to proceed. Both sides are free to ask questions, discuss their requirements and decide whether they wish to continue.
Family Introduction
Bringing Families Together
Where there is mutual interest, Nikkah Ready may facilitate an introduction between the families. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve:
- A family meeting or a direct family introduction
- A suitable meeting arrangement
- Further communication between the families
Our role is to make the introduction respectful and comfortable for everyone involved.
The Families Decide
The Decision Remains With You
After an introduction, both families may take time to speak, ask questions, consult with their parents/ guardians and consider whether the proposal is suitable.
Nikkah Ready does not make the marriage decision on behalf of either family or candidate. The decision belongs to the people involved.
Moving Towards Nikkah
From Introduction to the Next Step
If both individuals and their families decide to proceed, they may move forward according to their own family, cultural and religious practices. Our role is to facilitate the matchmaking journey and help families connect.
The decision to proceed towards engagement or Nikkah remains entirely with the individuals and families.
Understand. Match. Introduce. Decide.
