Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering with Nikkah Ready, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Family / Guardian Involvement
Nikkah Ready encourages and facilitates the involvement of the applicant’s family and/or authorized guardian (Wali/Guardian) throughout the matchmaking process.
Where a proposal or suitable match is identified, communication and further discussions may be conducted with the applicant’s family member, guardian or authorized representative, as appropriate.
The applicant agrees that Nikkah Ready may share relevant profile information with the applicant’s family/guardian or the family/guardian of a prospective match, where reasonably necessary for the purpose of evaluating and proceeding with a marriage proposal, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
Any meeting, proposal, family discussion, engagement or marriage decision shall be made by the concerned applicant and their family/guardian in accordance with applicable law and their own choice and consent.
Nikkah Ready does not make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of any proposal and does not guarantee that any proposal will result in engagement or marriage.
Eligibility
The applicant must provide accurate and complete personal, family, educational, professional, marital and other relevant information.
The applicant must meet the minimum legal age and other applicable legal requirements for marriage in Pakistan.
Nikkah Ready reserves the right to request CNIC/B-Form or other identification documents where necessary for verification.
Registration does not guarantee that a suitable match will be found or that a marriage will take place.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided by the applicant must be true, complete and up to date.
The applicant is responsible for informing Nikkah Ready of any change in marital status, contact details, employment, education, residence or other material information.
Providing false, misleading, forged or concealed information may result in suspension or cancellation of the registration without refund.
Nikkah Ready may request supporting documents or clarification where information appears incomplete or inconsistent.
Verification
Nikkah Ready may carry out reasonable verification of information and documents provided by applicants.
Verification may include identity, marital status, education, employment, residence or other relevant information, subject to applicable law.
Verification by Nikkah Ready does not constitute a guarantee, certification or warranty of the applicant’s character, financial position, family background or future conduct.
Applicants and their families are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any marriage arrangement.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Personal information provided to Nikkah Ready will be treated as confidential and used primarily for matchmaking, communication, administration and related services.
Applicant information will only be shared with prospective matches or their authorized family representatives where reasonably necessary for the matchmaking process and subject to applicable law.
Nikkah Ready will not knowingly publish an applicant’s private information publicly without appropriate consent.
Applicants must not copy, save, distribute, publish or misuse the personal information, photographs or contact details of another applicant.
Any misuse of another applicant’s information may result in immediate termination of the registration.
Photographs & Profile
The applicant confirms that photographs (original) and information submitted to Nikkah Ready belong to or are lawfully provided by the applicant.
The applicant authorizes Nikkah Ready to use the submitted information and photographs (original) for the purpose of matchmaking and presenting the profile to relevant prospective matches.
Nikkah Ready may refuse or remove photographs or information that are inappropriate, misleading, offensive or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.
Matchmaking Service
Nikkah Ready acts as a matchmaking/marriage facilitation service and does not itself arrange, solemnize or legally register a Nikkah unless separately authorized and legally permitted to provide such service.
Nikkah Ready does not guarantee compatibility, acceptance, engagement, Nikkah or successful marriage between any applicants.
The final decision to proceed with a proposal, engagement or marriage rests entirely with the concerned individuals and their families.
Nikkah Ready is not responsible for personal decisions, disagreements, conduct or circumstances arising between applicants after contact has been facilitated.
Eligibility – First Marriage Only
Nikkah Ready is currently providing matchmaking services only for individuals who have never been married before and are seeking their first marriage.
Applicants who are divorced, widowed, or currently or previously married are not eligible for registration under the current Nikkah Ready service.
The applicant must provide truthful and complete information regarding their marital status.
If any applicant provides false or misleading information regarding their marital status, Nikkah Ready reserves the right to cancel or suspend the registration without liability.
Nikkah Ready may request appropriate documentation or information for verification of marital status where reasonably required.
By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms: “I have never been married before and I am registering with Nikkah Ready for my first marriage.”
Legal Marriage & Nikkah Registration
The parties are responsible for ensuring that their Nikkah and marriage are conducted and registered in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.
Under Section 5 of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961, Muslim marriages are required to be registered, with registration carried out through the prescribed Nikkah Registrar/Union Council process.
Nikkah Ready does not replace the statutory role of a licensed Nikkah Registrar or Union Council.
Applicants should independently verify the legal authority of the Nikkah Registrar and ensure that the Nikkah Nama is properly completed, signed and registered.
Consent
Marriage must be based on the free and lawful consent of the persons entering into the marriage.
Nikkah Ready does not support forced marriage, fraudulent representation, coercion, intimidation or concealment of material facts.
Any applicant who reports coercion, harassment, fraud or other serious misconduct may have their case reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
Communication & Conduct
Applicants must communicate respectfully with other applicants, their families and Nikkah Ready staff.
Harassment, abusive language, threats, inappropriate messages, stalking, blackmail or repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.
Nikkah Ready may suspend or terminate any profile where such conduct is reported and reasonably established.
No Guarantee
Nikkah Ready provides a matchmaking facilitation service only. We do not guarantee:
A specific number of proposals.
Acceptance of a proposal.
Compatibility between individuals.
Engagement or marriage.
Financial or social status of another applicant.
Future conduct or circumstances of any applicant.
Fees & Refunds
- Fees are subject to the refund and cancellation policy communicated at the time of registration.
Payment of a fee does not constitute a guarantee of marriage or a successful match.
Any additional services or charges will be communicated separately where applicable.

Suspension / Termination
Nikkah Ready may suspend or terminate a registration if:
False or misleading information is provided.
Documents appear forged or fraudulent.
The applicant violates these Terms & Conditions.
The applicant harasses or misuses another applicant.
The applicant engages in unlawful activity.
The applicant’s continued registration creates a reasonable safety, legal or reputational concern.
Applicant’s Responsibility
The applicant understands that they should independently verify the identity, marital status, family background, education, employment, financial circumstances and other relevant information of a prospective match before making any final decision.
